1. Introduction

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Upgrade Beam, a competency upgrade courses provider. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Scope of Terms

Upgrade Beam provides three categories of offerings: services (live and instructor-led courses), information products (digital learning materials), and goods (physical course materials and merchandise). These terms govern each category as specified below.

2.1 Services

Live courses, workshops, and certification programs are offered on scheduled dates. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the stipulated fee. Cancellations received in writing at least 7 days prior to the start date qualify for a full reimbursement. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for reimbursement, as resources and instructor time have been allocated. However, participants may request one rescheduling of the course at no extra fee subject to seat availability and at least 5 days notice.

2.2 Information Products

Digital downloads, video tutorials, and online modules are accessible immediately upon purchase. Purchases remain pending until full delivery. A 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of access provided that no more than 50% of the content has been consumed. Requests for reimbursement beyond these conditions will be declined since digital content cannot be retrieved once accessed.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as books and training kits may be interactiond or returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. The customer must contact us to initiate an interaction or reimbursement. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refund Policy

Reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. For services, reimbursements occur only when cancellation notifications meet the specified timeline. For information products, reimbursements apply only within the 14-day satisfaction window and under consumption limits. For goods, reimbursements exclude shipping unless an error occurred on our part.

Certain offerings, such as on-demand recorded webinars and bespoke consulting sessions, are non-refundable due to immediate delivery and custom preparation. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and covers our costs for content access and specialized resource allocation.
